1982 BMW E21 320/6 AUTO PROJECT

Thanks for looking at my on going project car that I've taken as far as I'm willing to, and happy for the next owner to complete. If you know what your doing this could potentially be a show winning car. Before I start I really don't need to sell this car and I absolutely love it so please don't insult it or me. That said I'm a genuine guy and will always talk about it and help in anyway I can. Right so I've owned it a few years and I literally dragged it out of a shed where it had been sat for 30 ish years. The car has a genuine 69 k on the clock and a full bmw stamped service history. It has all the books and Manuals. Which is why I thought I need to save this car!! The body in all honestly wasn't great and needed lots of work! I have photos.. and it didn't run etc etc. so the first thing I did was get it running! Not great but at least I knew it ran. Next was I sent it away for a full strip and weld up. Every bit on the body was cut out and replaced!! Saving what we could. It was then bare metalled and had everything painted, windows and doors etc off. Honestly the car is stunning!! There is no rust on the body or underneath and the paint is flawless!! Potential show car… I've obviously fitted lots of other new parts and it is actually a fog light, numberplate light and fitting the front bumper away from a mot!! It's just had a full service including cambelt, water pump plugs, leads, dizzy, all fluids etc and a brand new Webber carb conversion… brand new springs and exhaust. The wheels are 16 in 9 j wide with stretched tyres and don't catch!! But very very close!! All that said it is a PROJECT… It starts, runs, drives, and I have drove it around the block. But the engine requires tuning with the new carb. And maybe timing sorting but it's very close and runs very well when warm. The interior is the main issue. The rear seats are rough and so is the door cards and roof lining. I also didn't do the engine bay when the car was painted as I wasn't sure where to go with the engine. So this has a few areas that will tidying but nothing really. It's a project and will obviously require bits. The front bumper is here but that and the rear bumper ideally want replacing. It will need a sunroof seal, I won't slate the car because because in my eyes all the had work is done. It's a running driving stopping and totally solid e 21 underneath is mint!!!
