This new model differed significantly from its predecessor and benefitted from a monocoque chassis, independently sprung wheels and disc brakes all round. The model was upgraded with the launch of the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II in February 1977 and featured notable changes to the front suspension and the addition of rack and pinion steering. With a production run that continued until 1980 the Silver Shadow enjoyed, to date, the largest production volume of any car from the legendary Crewe manufacturer. This late Silver Shadow II model benefits from headlight wash wipe and is finished in the attractive and striking colour of Chestnut Tan Hide with an original beige leather interior, woodwork and contrasting carpets .

Hello just to answer some of your questions about the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow IIAs I am using her as a daily runner it needs to be mechanically right. It has had a complete serivice and all oil and brake fluids drained and replaced with new fluids. I have had all the electrics checked and new headlights fitted for better night driving. So she is a joy to drive and when you put your foot down the front of the Rolls lifts as it should. The engine purs and on tick over you can hardly her her.The interior is in good orginal condition no rips or tears on the leather. The wood is good for the age there is some chipping of lacquer on one of the door caps but I have left it is it's orgnal condition as I like it that way.The paintwork and body has no rust. The paintwork is old and original but still polishes up great. The Rolls is not a concours cars it is an original well care for Rolls that drive great but still shows it's orginal age.If you want a daily driver Rolls Royce where due to it's age it is easy repair and part are easy to come by then this is a good car for you.As it is a classic Rolls Royce it gets lots of attention where ever you drive it.It is a lot of car for very little money and you can drive for a few years and sell it and you will get your money back as they are rising in price all the time.This Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II is amazing to drive and so comfortable.Please only bid if you want an old classic car and can collect very soon after the end of the auction with no haggling.This is one of the best running Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II
