Up for sale is our 1971 Fiat Spider 124 Driver Project. Paint is a dark navy blue, with remnants of Red. This little Fiat starts right up but is a little cold blooded and requires 10 to 20 seconds of warm up time. When she is warm, she runs and drives well as seen in the video. On the road it handles decent for a 50-year-old. Shifts through all the gears no problem. Ball joints are a must if you plan on taking this out on the freeway. If you want us to do it, we can work something out. It has many of the original parts, but the engine was upgraded to the 1995 cc 132.CB.1A0 engine, both head and block have been verified with these numbers. The wheels are aluminum and gold painted Cromodoras. Paint is worn out and could use a refresher. Hood took a light punch to the nose and has the marks to prove it. Light rust is present throughout, but nothing terrible going on there. The trunk carries a spare and is solid. The front seats are quite nice, and the rears are a mismatched color of tan and blue. The plastic center console is cracked and peeling but present. Cool Ferrero steering wheel. As for the gauges, it seems that only the tachometer is working proper. Odometer on the speedo shows 10024 but that is likely to be a roll over. I believe the gauges are original, but the dash is from a later Fiat 124 Spider 2000. Various pieces I am sure came out of this later model as a donor car must have been used to update this car. Tires are new, some funky wiring was sorted out and a used replacement steering box was installed. This carries a clean title and can be seen in person upon request. The top retracts and the car is ready for some summer fun. Come and check it out or give us a call for more details. Shop Line (425) 556-0261. If we don't pick up, please leave a message.
