VW T25 Single Cab Pick up with Subaru EJ25 engine for sale

My VW Transporter is for sale. Rebuilt eight years ago, Subaru engine added, repainted in White with a Union Jack on the cab roof it is a one off. I bought it five years ago and have upgraded the Subaru to an EJ25 2.5 litre low mileage engine. New fuel tank with a larger fuel output and higher pressure pump to cope with the fuel needs of the motor. Originally this pick up was a Diesel and the fuel tank pipework was too small to run the Subaru well. This engine has a custom exhaust system with twin tail pipes and matched to flow the engine well.This vehicle has Air con. Yes Air con. And it works really well. Being a Single cab and a lot of glass it can warm up and the air con makes total sense. Again professionally installed.It has the ECU and wiring from the Subaru and modified to run in this vehicle. Professionally mounted in the cab and all wiring neat and tidy. It has the RJES Subaru to VW gearbox housing and conversion. With the VW Diesel gearbox (which is quite strong) it works fine. The interior is almost like new. The seats were newly installed 8 years ago and still look new. Floor mats and dashboard look new Photos to follow.The body work was completed by the previous owner who spent a small fortune on it. Finished in a BMW mini White and a Union jack on the cab roof it is striking. The entire bed has a thick rubber mat (Removeable) . The side panels have been ally chequer plate lined and are very good condition and strong. There is a small amount of paint work required to make this Transporter back up to the photos shown. If you wanted this done prior to sale, message me. Otherwise it will be for sale as is. There is a rear cover for the bed area. We will get a new mot on this Transporter as it has no mot at the present. Allow time for this. This vehicle drives very well. It is also very quick as you can imagine with twice the power it is supposed to have. Using the engine power it can cruise on the motorway and still be efficient. It has the power to tackle hills (unlike most Vw T3) and can be used as a workhorse or show vehicle equally. The only reason I am selling as the funds are required to finish my bay window (half restored and you know how much there is to go..)Allow two weeks from today for MOT to be completed along with preparation cleaning etc. In other words It will not be ready tomorrow..
