Vehicle Details

1979 MGB Roadster from local estate owned buy older couple. Car was originally white but painted in yellow about 5 years ago. Paint job was done very well having all areas painted including the trunk, engine compartment, door jams and everything else. Paint shines well and has no areas of rust because the car had Ziebart treatment when new and kept garaged. All body lines are good, rockers and floors rust free as seen in the pictures. Stripes are excellent. There's one small dent with paint chip on lower right fender from owner hitting it with riding lawn mower in garage, easy fix, see picture. The interior is excellent with new seat covers, carpet and an excellent dash. The car has a newer zip out rear window top with excellent fit. All electrics work as well as all gauges. Radio doesn't turn on. Car starts easily and holds 70 lbs oil pressure, runs cool and shifts and down shifts in all gears with no issues. It runs well. The engine compartment is all original including a rarely seen functional air pump and all emission equipment. There's a small backfire occasionally when letting off the gas while warming up. Could be timing or tune up that I haven't checked. Tires are excellent. Mileage on speedo does not match title, but there's a clear PA Title ready to transfer. I've only driven the car locally as there's no insurance on it so please don't ask about a long distance drive. I am willing to assist in shipping as long as all arrangements are made well in advance. I describe all items the best I can so there are no surprises.
