Volkswagen Kombi Split Screen 1966 Very Rare Factory Sliding Door. Was a trial option in 66 as the typeII/bay was being designed. only a handful of factory made Split sliders were made worldwide. Made in Germany was a Indonesian Kombi and imported into Darwin. Travelled to Perth. then finally here in Tasmania. Totally gorgeous bus. having a non factory walk through and a 3 seater behind. there is a bed in the far rear. has a near new 1600cc twin port and a type 3 box with later drive shafts. has US spec bumpers and white wall tyres. I was going to use for weddings etc but I have a new contract coming up and need a new vehicle for work.
