1974 Corvette Convertible, completely rebuilt for high-performance.126,700 miles.Metallic Red color. Hood modified w L 88 scoop, painted gloss black.Black hard and soft tops, both in excellent condition.350 engine bored/stroked to 383. Comp road-racing roller cam, Brodix 'Iron-killer' heads, FITech fuel injection (makes engine start extremely easy-no carb pumping, etc), Hooker long-tube headers and side pipes w slide-in muffler cores. Dyno'ed at 450 hp, 498 ft lbs. Less than 1,000 miles on engine.7-qt baffled racing oil pan.T 10 4-speed tran w Hurst shifter, rebuilt Jan, 2021, less than 500 miles since rebuild. Mc Leod Super Street Pro clutch, lightweight aluminum flywheel.New 3.73 ring/pinion, rebuilt in 2016, less than 2,000 miles since rebuild.New Champion 3-row aluminum radiator w electric fan setup.Wilwood racing brake calipers, new stainless brake lines and hoses.3-point rollbar welded to frame, fits inside both hard and soft tops.5-point 3" Corbeau belts for driver and passenger.Removable steering wheel, tilt steering column.Stainless steel braided power steering hoses, new power steering pump and ram in 2019.QA 1 dual-adjustable shocks with coilover front, refurbed suspension bushings all around.Lowered suspension by 2-3 inches all around.Includes a set of like-new Hoosier track tires mounted on aluminum wheels in addition to the street tires mounted in photos.Car was built up to have fun at our local closed loop road course track (Hallett Motor Raceway) running 'hot laps', but was never raced in any actual wheel-to-wheel races. Had a lot of fun with it, but I no longer have the stamina for this and can barely climb in and out of the car. Most of the rebuilding has happened in the last two years with almost no track time after that. Car is very solid in all mechanical aspects, body is in good condition (no wrecks, no chips, no flakes) for a 57 year old car with original paint.
