This awesome Shelby has been modified for performance and drivability. Its 428 Cobra Jet engine features aluminum heads. MSD ignition. custom 3” dual exhaust. Cobra aluminum intake. Cobra aluminum oil pan and much more. It has an automatic transmission which shifts firm and quick. The wheels are 17” aluminum with Pirelli P 235/55’ s all the way around. This Shelby GT 500 is very fast and sounds wicked! It handles great and stops on a dime!

The original color combination is "Black Jade" with white interior! A great color combination if the new owner ever decides to change it back to the way it left the factory. In addition. this GT 500 originally came with factory air conditioning (removed by the previous owner but correct to the car if you decide to add a/c. ) The reserve is set at a price that allows the new owner to be in the car “ right” . It can be driven. shown and enjoyed “ as is” and if you decide to change it back to its original configuration you’ ll have a very desirable and valuable GT 500.

Exterior:

Excellent paint on straight. rust free body panels. Typical bow in fiberglass hood otherwise very nice fit and finish. Doors shut nice. Chrome and glass are both good to excellent.

Interior:

Excellent black interior. Factory seat belts and shoulder harness present. Factory Am radio. Tilt-a-way steering wheel. Althought the a/c is no longer present the original a/c control panel is still in the dash.

Mechanics:

Outstanding! One of the fastest and best driving Shelby's we ever offered. Fires off quickly on the first turn of the ignition switch thanks to the MSD ignition. Sounds sharp. crisp and loud! Baer four wheel disc brakes with drilled rotors and red calipers - stops on a dime! The chassis and suspension are as impressive as the powertrain. Overall this Shelby is a blast to drive!

A $1. 00 down payment is due within 48 hours via Paypal. bank to bank wire transfer or cashiers check. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of auction ending. If other arrangements are needed please call to discuss prior to placing a bid. Florida state sales tax will be collected on any vehicle which will be registered in Florida. Out of state sales are tax exempt with a proper shipping bill of lading. Please call if you have any questions about sales tax.
