Very rare Austin A 30 Van, 803 cc with wand type gear box ,This was a real barn find , l bought it two years ago after it was found by the owners son when clearing out the back of a barn on there farm in North Cornwall it had been put there by there dad because of a blown big end shell and just forgotten about, and there it stopped for 36 years, As you can see the tax ran out in 1984, at that time the clock reading 29428 miles looking at the condition of the van (no welding done to underneath) original sills and parts,l would say this is the mileage, Replaced brake's tyres, Replaced front suspension dampers, exhaust, head lining, The engine as been totally reconditioned , so will need to be run in, l drove her to the mot garage today first time on the road since 1984 drove quite nice the new exhaust was purring away , Took it in for a pre mot, So as lm near to finishing the van l thought i would test the water ,This Van is now in excellent condition ,The reg plate is original and go's with the van ,all numbers are correct , As there are none of these about let alone for sale, the van is open to offers, Lots more photos please ring for further details 8 you need to see this van to believe the condition ( 65 years old) Cash only or bank transfer, UK Sale only, May take other classic car in part X Update passed mot today 2 adviser's not bad last mot was over 37 years ago
