Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210. Scott Shafiroff engine. Carb to oil pan was bought as crate engine. Big block Chevy, 540 ultra street engine package. 675 hp, 670 lbs torque. Have original receipt from purchase. With dyno sheets from Shafiroff. Pump gas engine, runs on the street all day long. Drivetrain has under 600 miles total since installed. This is a street car, has never seen a racetrack.    No overheating in traffic, or car show traffic. Big core radiator with one mechanical fan driven by waterpump. also 2 electric fans in front of radiator with very nice polished aluminum radiator fan shroud.  Ignition is a magneto look a like distributor, with electronics inside distributor, with msd spark box. Carburetor is a Carb shop dominator style carb. Aluminum valve covers, moroso oil pan. Engine block and heads are from dart. Complete engine was made and assembled with all new parts. Nothing was used.   Clutch is McLeod. Very easy clutch pedal effort! Flywheel clutch and bell housing all have sfi cert. all from McLeod.  The super fun part about this car is the transmission. It's a Lenco ST1200. Very easy to shift, and there's no need to use the clutch pedal, once you leave from a stop. Clutch pedal in when at a stop, once your moving, when your ready to shift, you just reach up and pull the next lever. It's has a total of 4 speeds. And reverse. You can also downshift without using the clutch pedal. If your easy on the throttle, and gently pull on a shift lever, it's shifts very smoothly. No neck snapping action. But if you feel like you want more, Bury your foot in the throttle, and pull as hard and fast as you want on a shift lever, till you run out of levers to pull on. And watch everybody around you disappear!   Driveshaft is a big u joint shaft. Rear differential is a 9 inch ford housing and center section. Housing is fully welded, and braced. Big axles. Another big plus to this car is the differential. It has a Detroit Locker. It's best if both worlds. It unlocks any time your not accelerating. So going around turns or maneuvering in a tight space is no problem. No binding like a spool, or completely locked diff. But when your right foot says go. The differential locks 100 percent and away you go!  Rear suspension is adjustable ladder bars, with Aldan coil overs. Very tried and true suspension design. Front suspension is a factory GM second generation Camaro front clip. No squeaks or rattles or loose steering feel. All factory a arms, and bushings. A nice fair ride.   Chassis is professional built. All fixture welded. No old 65 year old worn out chassis. This chassis is made to be stiffer and much less flexible than a stock chassis.  This helps with holding the body in alignment. Body stays straight, no rattles, or squeaks. Doors open and close beautifully. Windows don't rattle, no vibrations.   Paint is almost perfect. There's a few dings in the paint on the front of the hood. And a few chips in the paint around the edge of the truck lid down at the bottom. But other than that it's amazingly straight, and just extremely well kept. Stainless trim and chrome are all in great condition.  Interior is also the same. All carpet is in great shape. Seats are leather, and also recline. Dash has stock guage  panel. Dash insert is engine turned, and just has a very classic 60s era look. Added in below are voltage, oil pressure, tach, engine temp, and oil temp.   Door bars of roll bar and swing out. So there's no climbing over bars. The roll bar is NOT Nhra legal for as fast as the car is able to go. But if you wanted to run the car at the track, it's enough roll bar to go out and have fun. Gina little to fast, and you might get busted by the inspector. The roll bar is fully welded into the chassis.  There's also a small jump seat that comes with the car, if you wanted to give your buddies a ride! It's just enough seat for 2 small adults, or kids.   Has full seat belts.  I usually drive the car about 2-3 times a week. I drive to local car shows, or Friday dinners, or local down town outings. The car inside is not loud, it's no problem having a conversation inside the car while driving around!  Just fully serviced the car. Fresh engine oil change and filter. New tune up items. Distributor cap, ignition rotor.  Spark plugs and spark plug wires. Fresh transmission fluid, and differential fluid. Exhaust is all completely brand new. New headers, mufflers and exhaust tubing. Full length tail pipes are also included with the car. They are easily installed or removed, if you choose.   This is a very low maintenance car!! Drive to your local gas station, fill up with your favorite 91 octane gas, and have a blast!!   For simple numbers, it cost over 45k just in the drivetrain. Not including what you see in body and paint.  This is a beyond honest in every way 1955 Chevy. With tons of very well selected parts. To create a Awsome street car package! Based on power and weight, this car would run in the mid to high 9 second 1/4 mile times.  But like I said, it's never been down the track. If there's any questions please feel free to ask!!
