Up for sale is my 1971 Buick LeSabre 4 door hardtop with less than 24,000 miles on the odometer, and it shows.  It has everything you would be looking for in a nice low mileage survivor.  I will describe the car to the best of my ability below, listing all major areas good and bad.  In addition to the description and photos in the auction, I have included a YouTube video link:https://youtu.be/_IJDQMC5CTEBody:All original Rosewood Poly paint (fairly rare color) and  Sandalwood vinyl top.  No rips, tears, or cracks in the top.  Its in excellent condition.  The paint is decent for being 50 years old, but isn't as vibrant as it might have once been.  There are the typical dings and whatnot.  I have taken a closer look at this in the video.  Before the auction is over, I am having the paint polished a bit, and it should shine some more before the new owner takes possession.  Typical rock chips around wheel wells and behind tires.Chrome/Brightwork:What can I say?  The bumpers are in perfect condition, both being straight as an arrow.  Chrome is pit free.  Stainless and aluminum trim is in good condition as well.Interior:Being a 23k mile car, it is as expected to be.  Nearly perfect.  Radio does not work, unfortunately.  Pretty typical of these cars, though.  Fuel gauge is accurate, but slowwww to go back up when topped off.  It takes about a half hour for it to get back to full.  The AC works and blows crazy cold.Trunk:All of the original stuff is in there.  Factory spare (dual white stripe H78-15 bias ply) and all jack parts.  Factory floor mat.  There is surface rust under the mat, but it's dry currently.Engine/Transmission:It LOVES to run on the highway.  Seems to like running about 75-80.  Completely original under the hood with all of the tell-tale things like decals and tags, and factory overspray on the vacuum advance and heater bypass hose.  Belts have been replaced.  Transmission shifts smoothly and the car seems happy to drive.  No big leaks.  It is damp around the underside, but doesn't leave drips on the floor.Brakes:They work like the should.  I replaced one wheel cylinder in rear and bled brakes all the way around.  Good pedal feel.Wheels and Tires:I swapped a set of chrome road wheels onto it when I bought it, but they are driver quality.  Nice center caps.  Tires are brand new Nexen 225/75R15 radials.  It runs smoooooooth on the road.  I still have the factory steel wheels if you want them.Weatherstripping:Virtually perfect all over the car.  It is nice and quiet on the highway.  Roof rail rubber is still nice and supple, no chunks missing anywhere.Undercarriage:I have two photos of the undercarriage and they speak for themselves.  The sheet metal under the car is in incredible shape.  Frame rails are surface rusted but solid.  I have to imagine this car was not driven in the harsh Winters, but was stored outside for some of its life.Glass:Looks to be in great shape.  No cracks in the windshield or scratches in side or rear glass. As far as paperwork history, I have the few items shown in the photos, but that is it.  I know it spent most of its life in Indiana, then went to Davenport, IA.  It came with the title from the original owner, but I technically am the third owner.I will ship worldwide, and will do what I can to help with getting the car(s) loaded for transport.  Please let me know if you have any questions. If you want to pay with check, I will need to make sure it clears before you take possession of the car.  I will require a $500 deposit after auction end if you're paying any way except escrow.com.Good luck with bidding!
