Long Wheel base 1995 Daimler Six – these are getting hard to find now

MOT June 2022

 

Solid original car – never being welded and none required

Age related marks and small areas of lacquer peer to the paint – as it is nearly 27 years old but on the whole presents and a great looking car with minor cosmetics to make it even better

Electrics all work including factory fitted sunroof and electric aerial

 

Smooth as silk 4.0l straight six engine and lovely gear change as it should

Has a distinctive full blue leather with a rarely seen option as in the rear bench set

 

V5 in my name and all history in my ownership including new fluids pads, discs all round, 2 new rear tyres less than a 1k miles ago, new crank position sensor and oil pressure switch

Get it and use it with no issues as it is it will go anywhere

 

Bad bits

 

Had an deep scuff on the passenger door below the trim line so a localised – I purchased it with this and just didn't get round to it

Scab on the sunroof and Just starting to bubble on one of the rear arches but definitely not terminal something I was going to get around too before winter

Sunroof switch broken off but sunroof still works fine without

Weep from power steering pipe somewhere – I replaced a pipe with a second hand a pipe slowed it but there is still a weep from either the new pipe or somewhere but a top up of the reservoir every 2 months no issue

 

Being honest with the car – its original and not hiding anything nasty – it will go anywhere with confidence  I had no intension to let it go but have bought something else
