Up for sale is my 1953 Ford F-100. We built this pickup for a customer 6 yrs ago. He's a Vietnam vet and unfortunately was tagged by agent orange. His health was going down hill and wasn't able to clean and show it like he wanted to. He wanted something he could go to shows with his buddy with and not have to worry about polishing and all that just to go and have a good time! So we offered to buy the pickup back from him! This pickup has been through a full ground up restoration! Custom mix color made by us. It is a tangerine Pearl that's not like any out there! Hand pinstriped with charcoal! This pickup only has 5800 miles on it since we finished it not including the built 289 that's in it. When we first built this pickup it was built with a sbc and a 700 r 4 trans. The owner decided to put a Ford engine back in and went with the 289. This pickup is equipped with air conditioning as well! Runs great and drives great! We have done some updating since we initially built the pickup. It has the mid fifties flip forward hood kit on it and shaved all of the drip rails on it. Also installed was the mid fifties
Aluminum fuel tank in the rear. We have put on new 20” American racing 20” wheels and tires lowered it, custom matched bench seat and have a Holley sniper kit to go on it! This pickup has won a ton of awards at shows including the Darryl Starbird show it won its class this year! It is still on stock suspension on the front but added rack and pinion power steering to it along with disc brakes! Everything was all gone through on this restoration with nothing over looked! A/C will freeze you out and the heater will run you out of the cab! The pickup still has the overdrive transmission so it makes cruising down the highway awesome!
