Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon. This is an imported late model VW bus with water cooled 1.8 motor. This bus is originally from Acapulco Mexico. It was imported by an American real estate developer and previously registered in Michigan. It is currently registered and insured and on the road.The old air cooled buses are certainly classics. These imported vehicles from Mexico and Brazil look the same and are typically much newer and cleaner. I see these imported from Brazil typically priced in the $20's.Mechanical condition. The bus starts and drives with no issues. The motor has the expected power. The old mechanical fuel pump has been replaced with a new Purolator-Facet electric fuel pump. It has passed New York safety inspection and has been serviced at local German car specialist. The interior is exceptionally clean. The headliner is clean. The windows, doors, locks, lights, turn signals, and heater and fan are all working. The speedometer is working, the odometer is stopped. The radio works. The prior owner added a back-up alarm, extra horn. The floors and footwells are solid. The doorsteps are clean and solid.The body: The body is clean as though new.
