1966 Austin Cambridge A60 Saloon for sale

1966 Austin A 60 Cambridge in very good condition. Mileage is 24899 warranted by Bangers and cash when it was on the programme but realistically it's not correct but the way it drives I would say it's around the 45000 mark. It is solid underneath, some welding to the door both sides and done well. A lot of the paint is original, some is new. Very presentable but could be improved if you wanted. Leather seats are good but room for improvement as you would expect for its year. Carpets are new and it has front seat belts fitted. Engine is as sweet as it could be, pulls well and quiet. Gearbox and Axle also excellent. Thrust bearing slightly noisy and clutch pedal lets out high so a replacement in the future. The Clutch does not slip, we've just been to the Goodwood Revival in it 4 up, about 90 mile round trip and it did not miss a beat, heater and demister work well too !! If you went it was the grey one in the pre 1966 car park. 4 very good tyres and a new spare, new Water Pump and anti freeze, 50 psi oil pressure all the time. Many other new parts, slight blow in the Exhaust. A pleasure to drive....Message me via e Bay if you have any questions. A deposit will secure the car.
