1971 reg Austin Healey Frog Eye Sprite Replica, rare car with this configuration Fitted with the sebring works replica hard top, also comes with very good soft top and frame see photos, plus full tonno cover.Correct removable side windows! recent leather seats piped in red.I have had the vehicle in storage for a few years, however i have just fitted the following to get her running again.new battery.new spark plus.cleaned the points.oil change!! ideally new points and condenser would be the next thing to replace.she now starts up fine, brakes pull up well and she has a rudimentary fitted heater.Alloy wheels and tyres are in good order.The paint has faded here and there but over all she looks very period correct!! and looks very much like the real car.This has been a used car, and was the last owners daily driver, so certainly no show car.The body is fibreglass with a boxed ladder style chassis.She is rear wheel drive!! this is not a banham kit!! and it is not an mg based kit.The engine is ford 1300 cross flow, with a ford speed gearbox.the rear axle is ford, while I believe the suspension is vauxhall .Disc brakes at the front, drum on the rear.other parts are mg and triumph and frog eye sprite.This is only my opinion.The Private plate goes with the car.both tax and mot exempt.The vehicle is registered as Mg midget!! The actual kit build im not 100% sure but looks very convincing.It seems people like to voice their opinions especially on kit car builds!! these people have no intensions of purchasing a kit car!! so please dont bore me with your texts!! go and polish your Astra.kit cars are built by enthusiasts for enthusiasts , they are hobby cars  for light minded people.your welcome to have an AA Inspection Rac Or independent for peace of mind.Please check out my other kit cars..All my kit cars are offered as on going projects, to improve upon or tinker around with.I have tried to give a fair description please have realistic expectations.Any untoward texts will be reported to ebay!!
