Unfortunately, due to health reasons, it has become necessary for me to rehome my beloved 'bus. I am no longer able to lavish the necessary TLC that she deserves.

She is a rare South African Big Window 8 seater microbus with the original 2.5 Audi 5 cylinder engine. Very few of these vehicles were imported into this country, despite having a superior spec to the German produced versions. She has the Bosch K-Jet CIS injection in reasonable working order although rarely used as I prefer the more economical Gasure installed LPG system. A very reliable and original 8 seater minibus which has had extensive bodywork restoration by the renowned Metalmickey. I have some 600 photos taken by this erstwhile gentleman during his labours, replacing all the metal-worm and finishing off in the original Sapphire Blue paint. This was completed 2 years ago since when she has had very little usage due to my health.

Some basic specs:- Audi 2.5 litre 5 cylinder engine coupled to a 5 speed transmission which is stirred by a 025Motorsport short travel gearlever. Lpg and petrol dual fuel systems. Power Steering. Remote central locking, big electric mirrors, manual door windows, 8 seats with the middle row mounted on Unwin tracking to allow easy removal, rock and roll rear seat with 2 three point seatbelts and one lap strap. The middle row has three lapstraps. It seats 8 people and still has a vast luggage area, unlike today's 7 seater MPV's with zero luggage space. Ideal for conversion to a camper, it already has a double bed in it.

There are a couple of areas on the body where my recent lack of care is causing paint issues, see photos.

248000 kms on the clock (150,000 miles) and has 12 months MOT
