1985 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet Vehicle Overview This 1985 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet is in Nutmeg Brown Metallic with Cadbury.

Transmission # 915/73 74 F 03625
Mechanially very sound. Good clutch and gearbox. All syncros are good. Clutch replaced in 2011.
Motor is strong. Documented top end rebuild in 2006 with 92 k miles.
Drives great at highway speeds or in town. Brakes are excellent. No pulling or pulsating.
Paint is bright and even over the entire car. Resprayed to an above average level at some point. nothing on file.
Very good panel fit.
Interior is largely stock. A full leather optioned car. A non smokers car.
Full leather dash shows some movement but overall very nice. No dash cracks. After market radio and white gages. All gages work including clock.
Features include full power and heated seats left and right.
Soft top is in very good condition. Good headliner.
H 4 headlights.
Optional 7" and 8" Fuch wheels.
Service history back to 1999 as follows:
- 06/99 82. 76 miles. Install Chain tensioner upgrade. Service A/C system. Replace alternator.
- 08/99 83. 22 miles. Replace right heater box. New wiper relay.
- 03/00 84. 76 miles. Replace clutch. Charge A/C system. Replace Spark Plugs.
- 03/02 86. 60 miles. Replace Central Locking Control Unit. Replace Battery Hold Down. Compression test. Replace plugs. Cap and Rotor. Replace wire set. Lube Oil and Filter. Repalce Air Filter.
- 04/02 86. 59 miles. Replace Front and Rear Brake Pads and Rotors. Replace E-brake Shoes. Servcie Front Wheels Bearings.
- 07/02 87. 49 miles. Replace turn signal switch.
- 02/03 87. 44 miles. Oil return tubes.
- 05/03 88. 29 miles. Install Climate Blowr Switch. Install and wire 3 rd Brake Light.
- 09/04 89. 93 miles. Oil and filter service. DME Ignition relay.
- 02/04 89. 54 miles. Remove and Repair Cruise Control.
- 09/05 91. 51 miles. Spark plugs.
- 09/06 92. 51 miles. Top end engine rebuild. New valve guides. grind and seat valves. Hone cylinders and replace piston rings. Replace heater valve. Repair window relays. New exhaust studs. Replace sway bar brackets.
- 02/07 92. 24 miles. Reinstall rear view mirror.
- 10/08 94. 09 miles. Oil Lube and filter.
- 06/10 96. 08 miles. A/C Service. new A/C compressor expansion valve and drier.
- 06/11 97. 29 miles. Clutch replaced. Lube Oil and Filter Oil Thermostat replaced. Replace hand brake cable and shift coupler.
- 07/11 97. 29 miles. Replace 1 st and 3 rd Gear Syncro.
- 03/12 New Battery.
