I have owned this volvo since 2010 as a project, it really is a fantastic car and a very sad sale. It starts and runs nice but I do not have the time to use it regularly and I will be downsizing home with no garage. Myself and the previous owner have always kept it in dry storage/garaged and It has had a lot of work completed over the years. All parts have been brought from a volvo specialist and mounts up to thousands of pounds but its not immaculate. It is still a beautiful car with history and always gets attention. It's at a great point for someone to make it their own as its ready to be enjoyed, with a few bits to do cosmetically as a very light project. I am missing some receipts but the work is visible.

Mechanical

-        June 2021: new callipers, discs, pads, petrol tank, sender unit.

-         Earlier this year: new exhaust system fitted. It's the original volvo p1800 design with the tail pipes fitted vertically instead of horizontally due to no bumpers. They can be repositioned to include bumpers if desired, brackets included.

-         New battery, servo, fuel pump, air filters, shock abs, horn and more.

Interior

-         New carpet: dark blue with a lighter blue edging.

-         Original seats and door cards. Some tears.

-         Roof lining is original cream colour with slight yellow tinge on the sun visors.

-         All the clocks are original with the lovely duck egg blue colour. I didn't get around to fixing the fuel gauge and the rev gauge.

-         Back seats are in great condition.

-         New ignition

 Exterior

-         Original royal Doulton windows.

-         Lights are in working order. With new chrome bezels apart from the rear left bezel. The rear right had been changed so not matching yet.

-         Some of the chrome trim is new but some is not, so will be pitted upon close inspection. The side trims had not been added but the attachment holes remain (see pics)

-         New window wipers.

-         Paintwork needs some attention. Ive always kept a cover on it which may have caused some marks. With some buffing and attention to detail it should come up nice. There are also a few scratches around the bonnet from opening and closing it.

-         New tyres and wheels have been refurbed. Still has the original hub caps which polish up nice.

-         New petrol locks.

-         New side mirrors.

There are a few spares.

-          I bought a new clutch kit but after inspection it wasn't needed. This will be included as I cannot return it.

-         I found a couple of original trims which are included.
