Triumph TR3A 1960

A superb example of a classic TR3A.  It is a 1960 model, fully restored over 8 years and at a cost of £20K, completed 2000.  Restored by a well known TR specialist. I have all the invoices in a huge file for restoration which shows the extent of work done as new parts fitted and transmission overhaul.  There is a Heritage trust certificate.

Previous owner had it for 19 years as part of a collection and only did 30 or so dry miles a year, in the last 2.5 years I have done about 400 dry miles and the car dry stored.  Have all MOT certs since restoration.

The car has all the extras you can imagine to include a set of wire wheels (with tyres), overdrive, Brooklands Aero screens (currently fitted), I have the main screen, Tonneau cover, duckdown roof (currently removed as I only drive in the dry, side screens, spot lamps, badge bar, map reading light, boot rack, electric fan installed.

Since I have had it the SU carbs have been overhauled, and electronic ignition fitted, I have the removed distributor.

Had the MOT just renewed, inspector said the underneath was in perfect condition (well protected).

Genuine reason for sale, I would rather not sell her but have to.
