Up for your consideration is this nicely built 1929 Ford Model "A" Roadster. Some of you may recognize the car from the Carlisle "Give Away" car from a while back. The car was auctioned and awarded to a gentleman who sold the car to a carclub member. from the club that built the car. A Pennsylvania man then purchased the car. ho drove it for a few seasons before the car came to the current owner. So much for owner history. The body is fiberglass and the frame is the original Model "A" with the vin RBT06L88550529666 allowing the car to be registered as an original model "A" for those difficult states. ike N. J. where it is currently titled. lean and ready for a new owner. The car is red in color. and rubbed laquer. ith colorful painted graffics above the running boards. ee pix. The engine is a custom built 307 300 horsepower with very low milage. The ram horn manifolds were stainless coated and the entire exhaust is stainless chrome. The intake is Edelbrock Performer . olished aluminum. Comp Cam with 454 lift. 68 duration. 600 CFM Holley Carb. Turbo 350 with B&M shift kit. tainless pan. okar shifter. USA Waler 3 core. eeps the temp nice and cool. Standard disc and drum brakes. with stainless lines and a "Duece Factory" brake pedal. inkage and dual master cylinder(1997 Nissan G20). Ron Francis wiring harness complete front to back. 8 inch Ford rear with 308 gears. Carrera suspension with Alden adjustable coil overs and 4 bar. anhard chrome bars. The front suspension is Mustang II . ower . ndependent. tandard. ack and pinion steering. with chrome adjustable coil over and shocks. The frame is a stock 1929. oxed smoothed and Imron coated as well as the underbody. nbsp;Imroned and mostly chrome and smoothed. one nicer from the underchassis. Interior is by John Wilkie. eige vinyl and tweed cloth in excellent condition. Stewart Warner gauges. tage III mechanical. Grant Signature steering wheel with Ford column. "Ten" AM/FM radio with cassette player and 4 speakers. Two of which are not pictured. hey are installed in the trunk panel that was removed for the pix but is included in the sale. s well as the Carson top in excellent shape but a crappy picture of a picture of it (its the only picture I have with the top on. like it topless) . The top is chopped 3 1/2 inches. emove-able "STAY FAST" canvas scotch guared. The body and hood are "Rootlieb" 4 piece louvered hood. op and sides. The roll pan and splash pans are louvered steel as well. The best parts vailable were all used on this build and this car has very low milage since completion. Body and paint show very few defects and and is overall very good condition and ready to show/cruise.
