You are looking at my very tidy and cared for Reliant Scimitar SE5 GTE 3.0 Litre V6 Ford Essex. The SE5's are getting harder to find with good condition black leather interior and perfect running engine. This also has the 5th gear overdrive, good for longer drives. Gutted i'm having to sell but we're in the process of moving and just won't have the space for it unfortunately. Mot and Tax exempt! It is in great condition and the engine is tip top and running smoothly. Black leather interior in very good condition. 93K miles! Work carried out: New timing gear New Clutch Master Cylinder New Clutch Slave Cylinder New Girling front calipers New front discs and pads New rear drums, shoes and pads New rear wheel bearings New distributor New coil New fuel pump New battery New set of spark plugs New fuel pipes New water pipes Pinned carb New oil change New oil filter New air filter New all season tires Chrome bumpers (I also have the original black fiberglass ones) Chrome mirrors Chrome wipers SS fuel tank SS nuts (made by Bill) Wolfrace alloys New tuner/tape stereo that still needs to be installed Lots of other spare bits and bobs that i'll throw in for free Lots of money and hours spent on the car to get it to where it is today. Good points: The car has been dry stored for over 5 years until the last few months and is in very good condition overall, it drives very well and starts without any issues. The engine is in very good condition. Bad points: The paint job will need to be done if you want to bring it up to mint condition, few scratches and dings on driver side (see pics). Fuel gauge not working (was working fine until just recently). Diff pinion leaking very slightly. Outriggers have some rust and will need looking at. Driver-side back wheel has one bolt that has been threaded (just needs to be changed). Inside heater not working.
