Plymouth Duster "Gold Duster" This 1974 Plymouth Duster was refurbished under previous ownership and acquired by the owner in Florida in May 2016. The car is finished in gold over gold vinyl and is powered by a 318 ci V 8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include Gold Duster trim, a snakeskin-pattern vinyl roof, chrome bumpers, and air conditioning. Service performed in May 2021 reportedly included performing a brake job, converting the air conditioning to R 134 a refrigerant, repairing wiring, and changing the oil. This Duster is now offered on dealer consignment with a clean Florida title.

The car is said to have been repainted in gold approximately ten years ago and features Gold Duster trim including color-keyed badging and brown stripes. Additional features include a snakeskin-pattern vinyl roof, chrome bumpers, bright trim accents on the grille and windows, and dual exhaust finishers.

Factory 14″ Rallye wheels wear polished trim rings and are wrapped in 215/70 Cooper Trendsetter SE tires. The car is equipped with aftermarket shocks, and braking is handled by front discs and rear drums. The seller states a brake job was performed in May 2021.

The gold interior features a vinyl split-back bench seat with pleated inserts and adjustable headrests. Amenities include an AM radio, pop-out rear quarter windows, lap belts, and brown rubber floor mats. Service in May 2021 reportedly consisted of repairing the air-conditioning system and converting it to R 134 a refrigerant. A dash pad cover is included in the sale. The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a woodgrain instrument panel housing a 100-mph speedometer, a display with warning lights, and gauges for amperage, engine temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 24 k miles. The rear brakes have just been all replaced as well. The car runs & drives great, needs nothing.
