Triumph spitfire mk 3 , 76k , 1970 model , tax and mot except historic car

Spitfire mk 3 , 1970 model historic car tax and mot excempt ideal project or restoration to make perfect.Good investment and getting very collectable I believe only 329 left on the UK roads.Quick summary it is a good car 51 years old and still standing needs tlc and a dry home.I purchased with good intentions but have no secure place to put it and I'm always busy working so have decided to let it go to a good home before winter comes.So 5  13 " minilite wheels in very good condition no scuffs all with lots of tyre tread.Replaced in the last 2 weeks , engine oil and filter , ht leads, spark plugs, fuel pump and lines, chrome engine rocker cover, rear shock absorbers and bushes, air filters.Car starts and drives but carbs need tuning mixture is out so when hot it's hard to start again needs a colortune some adjustments.Has electronic ignition currently fitted so no points or condenser.Comes with a hard top goes on but needs rear brackets to secure. Soft top is good no rips or tears needs a tidy and clean etc. Comes with a cover also for when soft top is down buttons in place keep it tidy.Brakes and steering are good , 4 speed gear shift and acceleration good. No exhaust blows has a nice bark engine note when driving.No oil or water leaks anywhere and from a good look over the car it's mechanically sound.Has perspex door windows fitted currently I have the original glass and a spare windscreen included if buyer wants them? I have a folder of various documentation like addresses of all the previous owners back to when new, invoices etc etc Interior is very good seats have no tears and cushions are good.floors and carpets very good.Bidding to buy no time wasters please I'm a honest ebayer and selling with a true and accurate detail of this car.It's 51 years old it's not perfect but it's certainly a eye catching car.Recently a luggage rack was fitted.Body panels mostly line up doors need looking at the need adjustment they open and close  but I notice one drops so attention needs eventually.Inside boot is solid no rust no holes no signs of welding,  sills and arches solid , underside it appears has been undersealed from what I can see.All the chrome is good some minor pitting here and there. Original leather steering wheel and gear knob no modifications to the car that I know of other than the wheels currently fitted. If interested I have a brand new set of spitfire polished chrome wire spoke wheel rims boxed including hubs and spinners if buyer is interested I could sell these also as a separate deal or auction ? Any questions ask, serious bidders only please.
