In 1970. Nissan Motors released a brand new sports Coupe' to the public the Datsun 240 Z. The new Z was an enormous and instant success in the American market and was able to offer a sporting Coupe' that was not only capable of sporty motoring but was also reliable which at the time was something most American buyers were not used to in their sports cars. The Datsun 240 Z went on to become the 260 Z and then the 280 Z with a larger 2. 8 liter engine and 1490 hp. With the introduction of the new. refreshed 280 Z for model year 1975. the Z was back in the sports car game. The performance was the best it had been. the handling and suspension was state of the art of its time and the styling was still the glorious original shape of the original that debuted in 1970.

European Motor Studio is proud to offer this gorgeous Silver/Black on Black 1978 Datsun 280 Z. The Z has covered only 109. 00 original miles and has been meticulously well maintained. The car is completely stock and original the exact way it left the factory. The car has had a repaint in its original factory shade of Silver Metallic. with its original black hood decals. The interior is presented in original black vinyl and black carpet. The dashboard shows very nicely without any dash cracks(correct dash cap). the door panels are all original and look excellent. the headliner is all original and in excellent condition. The carpets are all stain free. all of the plastics and trim pieces are all present and in great condition. The paint on the car is excellent. the body is arrow straight and rust free. The chrome is in great shape with very light pitting. all of the body moldings. the rubber bumpers and the body trim are all in great shape. The original Datsun wheels are still intact on the car and in excellent condition. This 280 ZX starts right up and runs outstanding. the car accelerates with ease and idles very smooth. The transmission feels extremely solid and free from any grinding or slipping. The clutch is new as well as the hydraulic master cylinder and the clutch slave cylinder. The car has a brand new battery. a new mass air flow sensor and a complete tune. The tires are in excellent shape with about 80% tread left. and the brakes are in excellent shape. The steering feels very tight and solid. there is no drifting or vibrations. The suspension feels outstanding. absolutely no squeaks. rattles or thumping. All of the exterior lights. headlights. side marker lights. taillights. turn signals and interior lights all work. The original AC is intact and blowing cool. This Z comes complete with its original spare and jack still in its original housing under the rear hatch mat.

If you are looking for an extremely nice well maintained original Datsun 280 ZX this is it. These are so hard to find in original and unmodified condition still running and rust free.
