1982 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

This camper is an absolute joy, from the immediate starts to the sound of the engine . It drives great and has the power to go up grades (grapevine, for instance) in fourth gear at 60 miles per hour. The paint is good, not 100% show quality, you will forget all about the little imperfections when you drive and enjoy this van.

If you have done any research on Subaru conversions you will know that it is not cheap. This is a great starting sounding and running engine conversion worth at least $8000. Small car bell housing/conversion parts.

1982 Volkswagen Riviera pop-top camper version with an integrated kitchen, complete with refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and stainless steel sink with onboard water supply .

A very comfortable 4" thick foam upper bed; with the super comfy lower bed these models could sleep, four adults.

Originally a 2.0 L air-cooled and converted to Subaru 130-hp, 2.2-liter H-4 water-cooled. The donor Subaru Legacy wagon had 120K+ on the odometer

On-board water tank 12v electric pump works as does the hand pump. Has domestic water faucet for direct water hose hook-up (use water pressure regulator).

Propane two-burner gas cooktop

Hydro Flame propane heater. The unit fan comes on but the igniter does not actuate. Sail switch, fan timer, and gas solenoid all work.

Upgraded removable face Pioneer radio with CD/USB/Remote Control/Phone link for hands-free use.

Interior lighting above cook surface, adjustable spot reading lamps in the rear.

Tires are new with maybe 800 miles on them, 15" beautiful Mercedes rims

The top canopy is sound .It has one repaired area on the front driver's side where 2-3" tear was repaired on the corner.

When the conversion was completed the odometer was repaired and set to zero miles. The conversion now has approximately 28,600 Miles
