 I bought this to Restore and Have not found the time to do so. the car was owned by someone who also was going to do a full restore on it and all ready cut out the rusty floor pans as you can see.
I would say 85% of the parts are all there but I never owned one before so please ask questions and I will try to help in any way possible.  

Mileage is not correct just guessing. What you see is what you get.
