I AM AN HONEST EBAYER AND IN MY OPINION THIS aston homage appears to be in generally presentable condition but by no means concours. it is currently still registered as a mazda mx-5 and ALTHOUGH SHE APPEARS TO START, DRIVE AND STOP WITH NO KNOWN FAULTS SHE HAS HAD LITTLE USE RECENTLY AND AS SUCH IS BEING SOLD AS NEEDING A GOOD GOING OVER BEFORE any USE

Implied terms as to satisfactory quality/fitness for purpose do not apply to any transaction between the purchaser and Classic Cars and Campers.
All appliances and fixtures on any vehicle sold by Classic Cars and Campers come untested. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility and duty of care to ensure the appliances and fixtures are safe to use for the end consumer.
No liability or responsibility is accepted by Classic Cars and Campers for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from any fault with any appliance or fixture of any vehicle sold to the purchaser.
No liability or responsibility is accepted by Classic Cars and Campers for any third party companies or individuals instructed by the purchaser or suggested by Classic Cars and Campers to carry out any servicing or repairs to any vehicle sold by Classic Cars and Campers.
All deposits paid are non refundable unless the transaction is cancelled by Classic Cars and Campers.
Deposits are valid for 14 days, longer terms are possible subject (without exception) to a larger deposit and authorisation by Classic Cars and Campers. Once a deposit has been paid, the vehicle shall remain the property of Classic Cars and Campers until such time as the purchase price is received in full and any payment cleared.
All descriptions are for identification purposes only and we shall not be responsible for errors of description. It is the purchasers responsibility to inspect the vehicle in detail prior to any deposit paid or purchase made in full.

Collection and Storage

When can I collect?
Collection can be arranged in advance for almost any day Monday - Saturday.

Can you store my vehicle?
Yes, storage of bought vehicles is free for 1 week and then charged at £15 per day payable in advance.

Do you offer a transportation service?
We can get a transportation quote for our lighter vehicles if this would help the winning bidder.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept either cash on collection, bank transfer or cheque / bankers draft. All funds must be cleared before the vehicle can be removed from our premises.

Can I pay the outstanding balance using PayPal?
No, we do not accept PayPal for the outstanding balance.

Can I pay using credit or debit card?
No, we do not have the facilities to accept card payments.
