A superb little Mini from 1996, with just 4 owners and 22,624 genuine miles - a classic car, which will make a sound investment.

In great condition, solid and fully undersealed, I'm only selling to make room for a classic Land Rover.

This is a Mini Sprite 1.3i, with no decals. Unmolested, good quality standard car, only sensitive upgrades; alloy wheels, leather Mountney 13" steering wheel, coil suspension- runs beautifully.

12 Months MOT, Minilite style alloy wheels, driver's side seat-slide extension to gain extra legroom,  new tyres, radio/CD player, Alarm & Immobiliser. It is solid throughout, including vented cills, subframes, footwells, inner wings - not the usual rot - and is dry garaged.

The paintwork is in pretty good condition, but not concourse - as you'd expect for a car of this age, but it only has minor, cosmetic imperfections where the odd scratch has been touched up by the previous owner.

The service history has been lost, probably when the car was sold by the late, former owner's estate, but the engine and transmission are as sweet as you'd wish, for a car with such low mileage - it will be due a service in the near future, but hasn't done more than 100 miles since the last one! Starts first time, no rattles, smoke or other nasties (Mini engines are incredibly reliable).

It needs a new aerial, as the existing one flaps around a bit, but these are cheap and widely available. The fabric trim is in good condition, with no holes or tears, but could probably use a valet to look its best.

Sale includes a Sold Secure steering Disklok, worth over £100.
