This is a beautiful looking car in absolutely superb condition throughout which would be a fabulous addition to any collection.

The car has covered just 33,000 miles with the original Jaguar service book detailing prior maintenance at 1897, 5636, 8216, 16956, 16975, 17682, 19530, 19698, 19875, 22222, 27123 and 30259 miles. In addition to the stamped service book we have an A4 binder containing a collection of invoices detailing work carried out together with UK MOT's etc. The car has recently been thoroughly serviced and recommissioned by a renowned Jaguar specialist with no regard to expense, the owner instructing the garage to do whatever is necessary. The owner is a most meticulous Jaguar collector and enthusiast who insists on having his cars mechanically and cosmetically perfect and this car is a perfect example of his obsessive attention to detail. We currently have 3 other cars from the same gentleman, 2 further XJ-S models and a Bentley Brooklands all of which are superb examples easily ranking among the best.

Supplied new to Alderney, Channel Islands and later sold to a gentleman in Jersey, the car came into the UK in 2010 with 30,000 miles covered and has had only 1 UK owner prior to the current owner. This is a very early HE model, registered in October 1981 and has the early dash and early gear selector.

Finished in beautiful sapphire blue metallic with biscuit leather upholstery, matching carpets and light veneers, all in superb condition throughout. The entire car presents exceptionally well, you would struggle to fault this car even under the closest possible inspection. On the road the car drives flawlessly performing exactly as it should, silent, smooth and effortlessly powerful and with everything working correctly. The air conditioning has recently been overhauled and is very effective.

Specification of the period to include climate control air conditioning, original stereo with instruction manual, electric windows, electric mirrors, central locking, electric aerial, 15 inch HE alloy wheels with 4 brand new Pirelli tyres fitted.

Supplied with original keys, original book pack containing owner's manuals, A4 binder full of history, invoices etc.
