Classic Fiat 850 Super 1970 Classic Car Tax & MOT Exempt. LHD

Re-listed due to time wasters, this has resulted in me getting my first negative review on eBay which is rather frustrating so in order to try and avoid more of the same please read the following:

1. The car was purchased by myself on eBay and the v5 is in my name and in my possession.

2. The car is stored in Warwick, not at my house in Salisbury.

3. Viewing is possible but i will need 24 hours notice.

The car is in very good solid usable condition, a classic Fiat at a fantastic price. Unexpectedly [and frustratingly] for sale due to a unavoidable change of plans.

This car was imported from Italy two years ago from a town near Pinerolo in the Val Pellice. It was kept in a garage by the previous owner/s from the same family and is in very solid condition with no structural corrosion.

It has been kept garaged since arriving in the UK and is in regular use when its not raining.

The engine runs fantastically and is quite willing considering its only 850cc. The gearbox is 4-speed and reverse and there aren't any problems with selecting gears and no double de-clutching required either making this car very easy to drive.

The clutch has just been replaced together with the release bearing with the engine bay being tidied up at the same time so its all very clean and tidy now. The car has also been serviced and all fluids replaced.

The electrical system works very well. The battery has been changed and the lights, indicators, wipers, internal lights etc all work. Front spot lights have been recently fitted also.

The car maintains lots of original features, visual details like seats, heater/fan, dash, decals etc. Floor mats appear original and are in great condition.

The trim is in good condition for the are of the car. The door cards have been replaced with a slightly different colour vinyl, the steering wheel is the original one.

Structurally the car is solid and there are no obvious signs of major corrosion. The door bottoms, bonnet and boot are are solid as are the sills. The glass appears original and is in good condition.

The car is 50 years old and has been repainted at some point. The paint is not perfect with quite a bit of orange peel and some chips and the old retouch and small dents however it has recently been machined polished and has come up quite well overall. The paint  would benefit from some further re-finishing however its a 50 year old car so if you are expecting concours then this is not the car for you, if you are expecting a good solid usable classic Fiat which will be a perfect 'use as is' or 'rolling restoration' and will be going up in value year on year then this may be the car for you.

The wheels have been re-furbished to a very high standard and the tyres are in nearly new condition & the original valuable Fiat hubcaps are still on the car. The chrome is in great condition with it's old blue tinge. Pressed aluminium number plates recently fitted.

Car comes with numerous small and sundry spares.

Delivery can be arranged at buyers cost.

If you do your research you will see that these cars are rare and going up in value quite quickly, the asking price is also very good so no dreamers, or silly offers please. Like all of my auctions the item has sensibly priced and the description is honest.

Reserve is set at a very competitive price for this model in this condition so no silly offers please.

£250 deposit to be paid by the auction winner when the auction closes, remainder to be paid at or before pick up.
