Great looking 1957 Cadillac Coupe De Ville 2 door pillarless hardtop
365 V 8 with 4 speed Hydramatic
Super solid California car
Runs and drives well
Tidy interior
Decent original chrome
Lovely solid original floors and rockers with no patches
Older paintwork has a few blemishes up close
De Ville model so power windows , power seat etc, glass is all good, interior has been redone at some point and is tidy.
Electric wiper conversion
The paintwork is generally ok but older, has a few cracks and chips, the silver on the roof is a bit patchy, personally i would re do the roof white or a darker pink.
The body is very straight and is very good underside, all the trim and badges are with the car.
Good car to use for the summer and make improvements over winter, mint 50 s Cadillac Coupes are now well north of £35 k, really nice 4 doors are making £25 k plus,
there's plenty of room to work on the car and still be the right side of it value wise.
Good car for weddings, proms etc
Just had new battery, new fuel pump, engine oil and filter, plugs and points, cap and rotor
I did a 100 mile round trip in the car to Rally Of The Giants and have been using the car locally with no issues
