Rare, beautiful & showing 78,880 miles from new. This Park Ward R Type convertible has resided in a prominent Swiss collection of Rolls-Royce & Bentley motor cars for many years where it has always been maintained without regard to cost.

Rather then shiny & new the car has developed a pleasant patination over time making it suitable for regular use. Always looked after by a noted swiss classic car garage the car is on the button starting instantly & driving beautifully. The rear wheels are faired in with removeable whel spats giving a clean look to the car. A useful luggage rack is fitted to the boot lid exterior.

Exterior paint is two tone traditional tudor over shell gray. The car has a blue vinyl convertible top installed which glides up & down at the touch of a button. To the interior is mid blue hide piped in light gray recently done & in very very good order. To the dash board is original highly figured burr walnut again in good unrestored order. Gray carpets edge bound in blue leather complete the ensemble.

On the day of photography we took the car for an extensive drive up a steep Swiss mountain pass a duty it performed with aplomb staying cool & running in traditional Bentley silence.

The car is loacated near Geneva where it may be viewed by prior appointment.
