This is a breathtaking street-legal creation that exceeds all expectations. This dream car began its life with me in a garage in western Kansas. completely covered and with zero . "0" rust. it was amazing even way back then. before any action started. i have been building restomods and streetmachines for most of my adult life and i am 70 now and this is my problem. i want someone much younger than me to enjoy this beauty as much as i have. i have always loved buick rivieras. but the original one with the big teeth has always been my favorite one. it makes me think of the movie "Jaws" for some reason. You can tell by its name " BODACIOUS" that it was designed to be a serious machine. Please dont even go there. Do not ask me . " What will it do in a quarter?" because the answer is i have no idea and never will. With over 5000 hours of build time and lots of funds. this beauty is for show and fun. And trust me. Bodacious has never set foot on a strip and I pray it never will. This is beauty and power with emphasis on both. If i had wanted a drag car i would have used a trashed-out abandoned camaro or mustang. Dont get me wrong. his boy does gets after it. but it is my baby not a destroyable tin can. that I could care less about. Ok we start wi Th an all original 1950 buick riviera 2 dr. hardtop and we take a chainsaw to it and remove its top. Then we fabricate an all aluminum lift off top and chop the top 6 ". and create a new chassis with both front and rear subframes The front is from a late model big block camaro and the rear is Art Morrison 4-bar. the power comes from a 496 crate motor dynoed at 520 HP . hen we added a Wieand 871 Megablower estimated at adding another 200 more HP . and we got this machine. very strong and classy. Are you awake yet? Better be. the body is smooth and clean. the interior is awesome ultraleather. The tranny is a TH 400 finetuned with a very drivable TC. please ask any questions that you have
