THIS IS A 1951 KAISER SPECIAL  SEDAN   K511 MODEL  IT HAS THE SUPER SONIC INLINE 6CYL. 3 SPEED MANUAL. IT RUNS AND DRIES AND MOVES. IT DOES NEED A WHEELCYLINDER IN DRIVER FRONT WHEEL. I SHOULD HAVE THAT FIXED BEFORE AUCTION ENDS. CASH OFFERS ACCEPTED   THIS CAR WAS SOLD TO A INDIVIDUAL  07-05-1950 IN TULSA. OKLAHOMA FROM  S&S MOTOR CO. N COFFEYVILLE. KANSAS     SERIAL # K511-1-007764  ENGINE NUMBER IS # K 2000224  THIS CAR HAS OLD BYASS PLY TIRES AND WOULD BE VERY EASY TO FINISH  WET SANDING AND BUFFING THE CAR AND PROBLY SOME NEWER RADIAL TIRES AND IT WOULD BE GREAT TO GO TO SOME CAR SHOWS AND ALL. re: title discrepancy: "back in the day" some states would not allow the title date for the following year until some set date, Oct. 1st of previous year I believe in some states. That is the probable situation with your car. It really is a '51. They went on sale in about April of 1950. Love this design. My "driver" in HS was a 1949 Horizon Blue with overdrive. Yeah, I'm that old. Born in your very general area, eastern Kansas; great place to be from. I really prefer Oregon. Good luck on your sale.
