Thanks for looking! 1984 Oldsmobile 442 Hurst/Olds When Olds introduced the 4-4-2 the term "Muscle Car" didn't exist in most people's dictionary.

But with a 4 speed 4 Barrel and dual exhaust gear heads n. oticed.

Then like most Muscle Cars through the years the 442 morphed into more of a styling study than a true performance machine.

But hey style is cool.

In 1984 the style of the G Body GM cars was hot and Olds capitalized on its performance heritage and brought back the Hurst/Olds name plate and created and bit of a market frenzy with the Silver and Black scheme with the iconic Hurst "Lightning Shifters".

This one is a marvelous example of that style and engineering that is very clean solid and true to original.
