This is a very rare 1938 Cadillac. Only 90 V 16 Fleedwoods were manufactured. I'm listing this for my friend who bought this Cadillac from an old man who spent 15 years ground-up frame-off restoring it (nut-and-bolt restoration). The car is currently 90% done (upholstery is the only thing left to do). Even the wood frame for upholstery is done. All the interior pieces. lights. handles. everything is chromed and restored. When my friend received the car engine was out of the car and needed rebuilding. He has completely rebuilt the motor for $18000. The motor works perfect. The car runs and drives excellent. The car has been repainted with original lacquer paint. Now everything is in the car. The only thing left to do is choose the color for the interior and finish upholstery. Dashes. gauges. steering wheel is restored. It has all the hood ornaments and badges. This car is currently housed at the Murphy's Museum.
This car is also advertised locally. so I will end the auction if someone buys it before the auction is over.
