This car ran a 9. 65 and 142 mph in the 1/4 mile. and was built with the intention of having a 9 second car that was street-able. Recently it has done the power tour and had zero issues.

General Terms

If you wish to contact us for any reason. the quickest and best way to do so is through e Bay's message system. AKA "Ask Seller a Question".

Bidding:

Please read the entire description and view all pictures before placing a bid. We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible as well as posting 40-60 photos of each vehicle. If you have any questions feel free to send us an email using the "Ask seller a Question" link so that we can address your question or concern. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable.

By placing a bid on our auction. you assert that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions as well as e Bay's Terms & Conditions you assert that you understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and you assert that you have asked all questions PRIOR to placing your bid. Additionally. you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.

In the event of any bid retraction or bid change. it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time. while the auction is live or after the auction closes. The seller may. at its sole discretion. cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on this or future auctions.

Winning Bidders:

Winning bidders are required to contact us via e Bay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped. we also accept Certified Checks. USPS Postal Money Orders. and wire transfer.

Pay Pal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.

Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee. unless other arrangments are made.

Non-paying Bidders:

We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise. we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time. an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with e Bay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all e Bay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Fees and Taxes

Vehicles ten model years old and older are exempt from odometer disclosure. this is a federal law.

Mileage may be listed as "exempt" or "TMU" on titles for vehicles older than ten model years old.

Should we have reason to believe that mileage listed for a vehicle is inaccurate. this will be disclosed within the written description provided for the vehicle regardless of the odometer status listed on the title. ?

We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with NO RESERVE auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We hand pick each of our vehicles based on quality. value and desirability. Basically. if I wouldn't drive it myself. I'm not going to try to sell it to you. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection before it is offered for sale. We strive to provide the most thorough and accurate description as possible within the scope of our ability. Please understand that we are not mechanics. The opinions contained within the written description should not be taken as a professional mechanics' assessment and are not guaranteed.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced. reconditioned and inspected.

We try to mitigate as much of that risk as possible for our customers. just keep in mind that most of our vehicles sell for significantly less than a similar vehicle would be priced on a retail lot.

We offer warranties through CARS to help offset as much risk as possible.

Please understand that some of the vehicles we sell are disqualified from warranty eligibility due to age. mileage. price or other factors established by CARS.

No amount shall be set aside or discounted if a vehicle does not qualify for coverage under the Terms & Conditions established by CARS.
