1965 Rambler 550 Cross Country Wagon. this is an incredible find. cleanest. straightest. rust free Rambler wagon I've every found. I bought if from a dealer in Oregon who bought it from the original owner in Nevada. The owner claimed it never left the bone dry state of Nevada and it looks like it. no rust or damage anywhere. original paint so no surprises. Paint is faded and worn through in areas but I always prefer to buy a car with tired original paint that deal with undoing a bad repaint (9 of 10 repaints I've seen are unacceptable and require twice the work to repaint than original).

43 K original miles. incredible mechanical condition. runs and drive fantastic. When I advertise old vehicles for sale and a buyer asks if it can be driven a long distance with no issues I say I don't know of any issues but with a 50+ year old car there is no telling what could happen. This is one of the few old cars I've owned that I would not hesitate to gas up and hit the road cross country with.
