I maybe a girl. but I know my cars. especially VW's. This is my 4th Golf and 2nd Mk1 Convertible. my first was a Helios Blue GTI on a G Plate.  

I'm a member of Club GTi 

I'm a great believer in keeping vehicles original and returning them to what they looked like when they came off the production line.

This car still has add on's from previous owners. but because of the amount of work and money we have already spent on it to get it back to a reliable mechanical state.  we haven't had the time or money to start replacing perfectly good working parts.

2 x small dents either side of the rear number plate – Cost to do - £70

Small surface scratches. which go when it has a good colour polish 

None of this is major and is reflected in the asking price.  

NB: There is a private plate on the car which will be taken off.
