By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.

Pay:

A fully refundable deposit of $500 must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 days. If upon inspection you are not satisfied with the car. your deposit will be refunded in full.

All others will pay based on that states tax requirements.
