1972 Mini Clubman Estate. I have had this car for around 10 years and I carried out a full restoration between 2003 and 2005. I genuinely love this car and will be devastated to see it go but I just don't get time to drive her anymore and have only covered around 100-200 miles between each of the last few MOTs.

The car is very dark purple and looks almost black. subtle and really suits the car. It has 11 months MOT and Tax (qualifies as historic vehicle so road tax is free!!!!!) and is very cheap to insure at around £100 with a limited mileage policy. The Mini drives beautifully and handles amazingly!!!!! The engine pulls very well and has been known to spin the wheels in 2nd gear with spirited driving. Although not show condition. it is very clean and has been maintained regardless of cost or time.

There is almost no rust on the car (some very very minor bubbling has recently appeared on the bottom of the drivers door) and the usual Mini areas are very sound. The Mini very rarely sees any wet weather and lives in a new. very dry and well ventilated garage.

Here is a video of the car (it is from cold start up so is initially on choke. hence high idle for the first half of the video):

It has the following spec:
Rebuilt 1275 MG Metro Engine and Gearbox with high lift (1. 5 ratio) roller-tip rockers. I have always had the car rolling road tuned and it consistently produces around 72bhp at the wheels. I have always serviced the car every 1000 miles or so and it runs very smoothly. always starts perfectly and never overheats. Gear box is as tight and smooth as any I have used.
Genuine Hi-Lo adjustable suspension (not the cheap reproduction kit) with uprated Koni shocks and adjustable tie rods. Genuine Rover rubber springs which have only covered around 3000 miles. Tuned inlet manifold and full Maniflow exaust system (a two box system so has a nice sound but not irritatingly loud).
Starmag 13x7 alloys with Yokohama tyres (very little wear)4 pot metro calipers with vented discs and a servo assisted master cylinder from a late MPI (was fitted recently and not in the pics)Black 3 clock dash plus oil pressure. Black reclining sports seats that fold to allow access to rear seats. Sony Minidisc head unit with 10 disc CD changer. There is a custom parcel shelf upholstered in black audio felt over the boot area that hides JBL 6x9's and an amplifier.  Front headlights upgraded to halogen. clear indicators (original lenses had orange filter removed then were cut down by around 10mm to give smoother look). Rear lights replaced with period Lucas glass circular brake and indicators (these fit in the original holes)
The restoration included the following:
New front end - all steel. New doors both fount and rear. New sub-frames.
Lots of wax oil. New steering rack. New Radius Arms. ball joints. etc.
All old under-seal was removed and renewed.
Many new pieces of floor welded in. Removal of every bit of rust that could be found!!!Fully resprayed both inside and out.
Reconditioned fuel tank (just done. like new). New copper and flexible brake pipesRefurbished front brake calipers and new rear brake cylindersRear end de-seamed and front and rear bumpers removed. New heater matrix last month.
lots of other things that I have forgotten.
Bad bits:
There is some micro blistering to the paint (mainly the roof) easily fixed if you are handy with a spay gun and only noticeable close up.
As stated above. there are some very very small rust bubbles that have recently appeared on the bottom of the drivers door. A couple of small very minor cracks below the rear doors where it was de-seamed.
