Here I have for sale my 1972 wild moss green princess I have owned this vehicle since 15/05/2010 and have enjoyed every moment the car has been faultless not once letting me down but its now time to sell as I fancy another classic.

The princess comes with the very important British Motor Industry Heritage Certificate listing its full details chassis number. engine number etc. and confirming its date built and registered on the road etc.  to prove this is a genuine vanden plas princess.

The princess had a full bare shell rebuild in 1995 with pictures and full description in its history the original engine was also fully rebuilt while out.

Everything on the vehicle works as it should there are no faults at all everything is ready to use and in full original factory specification and has factory heated rear screen and front inertia seat belts these are not add ons.

This is the very rare manual version and only the manual came with twin SU carburettor's.

It is always garaged and washed and waxed on a very regular basis never sees rain unless I've been caught out while on a run!

1275cc A series twin SU carburettors which runs like new plenty power never misses a beat no smoke at all does not use any water or oil.  

Fully serviced last month including new antifreeze  

Brand new clutch kit and slave cylinder fitted and done no more than 100 miles since

Full stainless steel exhaust very very high quality and still keeps the original exhaust note

5 very good tyres to period spec

Good oil pressure

Everything is full original factory spec as of 1972 and in very very good condition the interior is immaculate and leather is treated with conditioner and has that leather smell as you open the door.

The vehicle is ready to drive away and I would happily drive it any distance without worrying. mechanically the car is in perfect condition with A very smooth and quiet ride.  

As with all cars/classics it does have a few minor bad points -

As shown on the pictures the front wings have some surface corrosion along the swage line this can be rubbed down and painted but new wings are still available in metal and plastic its not a huge job and never really bothered me too much as its not got any worse since I bought it 3 years ago.

The front panel also has some surface corrosion and again can be sanded back and painted or while the wings are off a new panel fitted again this has never gotten any worse in my ownership.

Bar the 2 small bad points the rest of the car is in very good condition and 100% solid the car is checked over on a regular basis and the MOT station is very strict that the car goes too.
