VW Type 2 Camper Van 1978. RHD. Pop Top Roof (Could do with a new canvass as small tears in corners) I have owned for 6 mths with the intention of restoring but due to lack of time and funds I unfortunately cannot complete. Before I purchased the previous owner gave it a full MOT & rebuilt over 4 yrs. He carried out X4 arches. front panel. rear panel. inner and outer sills. all out riggers and jacking points. cab door skins. side door repair panel. x2 rear corners. new clutch. plugs and points. Since I have owned it I have had engine removed and cleaned. carbs cleaned. new tinwear. new filters including fuel filter. new twin exhaust system (sounds Great) as previous owner put a Beetle Exhaust on. I have purchased new mirrors. sun visor. side step. new interior but no rock and roll bed which should be easy to come across. Could do with new front seats as I wanted origionals but couldn't find any. speedo dosent work so cant give an accurate mileage but drives fine and they go forever iv heard. All work that I have had carried out has been done by VolksMagic as I have heard by a lot of people that they are the best and feature on discovery channel. Don't know a great deal mechanically but hope this info help. Someone please Give Bertie a new Home. Thanks
