An exceptional XJS 5. 3 V 12. This car is finished in one of the best combinations of Jaguar Signal Red with Biscuit Tan trim with contrasting Red Piping & matching Carpets. This XJS was first registered in 1990 - making it one of the very last of the pre-facelift "original" shape cars. However. being on the cusp of the model change - it benefits from the vastly improved later type steering column and revised indicator / wiper stalks. This very rare car is in pristine condition. standard apart from a period TWR steering wheel and optional TWR rear boot spoiler. Supplied with a fully transferable private plate. a correct G registration can be obtained for the purist! It is not a concours "trailer queen" rather a totally original car with very limited wear only substantiating its ultra low recorded mileage. We know the Jaguar very well. having sold it previously. The last local owner was heartbroken to sell it back to us. but advancing years negated his using it regularly. The full history of this remarkable Jaguar is sadly not entirely known however it was in secure covered storage with an independent sports car company for many years. Originally supplied by Hadley Green Garages (the well known Bentley Main Dealer in Barnet) there are many bills and various invoices along with a MOT History check to support the minuscule usage this fastidiously cared for car has received during the last 23 years.
