The ultimate suburban restoration project.
A 1988 Suburban 3/4 ton. 4 wd. 4 speed manual. with rear barn door and a 3 rd seat.
Oh yes. and only 67. 00 miles.
The truck came from Arizona and has been in storage in Michigan for the last 5 years or so.
The suburban square body craze is booming and this is the ultimate restoration platform.
We purchased a dozen vehicles to restore and this is the one we kept for ourselves - unfortunately it needs to be sold as we no longer have room to store it. nor the heart to leave it outside to rot. This is the perfect truck for a restoration project.
Here are the details:
1988 Suburban Arizona title 67. 00 miles (No there are not 167. 00 or even 267. 00 miles on this truck)Stored inside since it was shipped to Michigan some 5 years ago 3/4 ton 4 wd 4 speed manual rear barn door 3 rd seat rear A/C unit power windows and locks
Best we can tell there is no corrosion needs paint - there lots of sun bleaching needs some body work - various rubs Dash board is cracked One seat is ripped Engine has been removed. however the radiator and shroud are wrapped up and stored in the back seat Passenger side door has a cracked window There is at least one dent in the bumper Sold "as is" where is" without engine
And it has a variety of other ailments. none of which mattered to us. because we purchased it to restore it. Bottom line. we searched for over 2 years to find a low mileage. rust free suburban that had a 3/4 ton chassis. 4 wd. 3 speed manual. with rear barn door and a 3 rd seat.
There were not many of them out there.
