This Daimler is a very proper motor car that features an aluminum Barker convertible body. Approximately 500 such vehicles were produced during the production period of 1948-1953.
A previous owner replaced the original 2. 5 liter inline six Daimler engine with a more modern Ford 4. 0 liter inline six. The new power plant gives this car sufficient horsepower to enjoy it safely.
The current owner has spent over $12. 00 recently to make it a reliable vehicle to enjoy including a new computer controlled automatic overdrive transmission.
