VW Splitscreen Kombi 23 Window PLUS Splitty Ute - May swap NSW regoed VW Splitty

Well here we have it. Original Aussie Delivered RHD 1961 VW Splitscreen 23 Window PLUS 1962 Splitscreen Ute                I am truly sad to have to let this Samba and this Ute go BUT feel I will never have the time to get them on the road.   I will inform when reserve has been made.   
I have to say two things up front. 1. I am aware what these vehicles are worth intrinsically and when they are done up. So please understand that this is not something like on a TV show where a clueless or desperate seller gets ripped off.  2. This vehicle is a genuine Aussie 23 window 'Samba' that needs total restoration. The ute can be used either to complete the Samba or restored in its own right.
I have owned these vehicles for 12 years and have gathered some parts during that time.  Brand new exterior 'de-luxe' Aluminium trim.  Original 2/1 Front SeatGauges. Steering wheelChrome 'spears' for ventsChrome bars for cargo area and other bitsBumpers1200cc motor plus possibly another motor.
The 23 window has remarkably little rust it needs a dash and the sunroof mechanisms. seats etc but it does need a complete restoration which I cannot give it.  All windows are in situ and it has original pop out 'Safari' front windows. There are original pop out side windows.
The Ute is rusty and as usual with these the bottom 8 inches or so needs replacement. It will take a brake restorer but it can be done. It comes with the full set of side and back tray sides. It also comes with new replacement panels for the Ute Tray.  It has all windows that have been removed.
I WILL NOT SEPARATE THESE VEHICLES - THEY COME TOGETHER
PRIMARILY I WANT TO SELL THESE VEHICLES VIA AUCTION HOWEVER I HAVE ANOTHER OPTION.
Here is my offer. I AM WILLING TO SWAP the 23 Window and Ute for the following. 1. A NSW regoed VW Splitscreen Kombi (not a Panel Van) and cash in my hand.  Seriously I dont want a price inflated bog filled nightmare.  I want something that does not need work but is a genuine 8 or 9 seater.  Non original engine is OK.
OR
2. A NSW regoed Bay window ORIGINAL Campervan. No Mock Up's Please. Prefer 2 Litre manual.  Must be in excellent original condition. PLUS MORE cash in my hand than above. Again. please. no over-priced rubbish held together by strands of metal bog and rust and a force field.
