Genuine. immaculate. low mileage. low owner. early M-car.
Only 524 RHD European spec cars were made.
Zinnobar Red with black leather Recaros.
2 previous owners. with 80. 00 miles with old MOTs to prove. Comprehensive service history with original stamped service book and many receipts.
Serviced by same BMW Main Dealer until 1998 and 69. 00 miles then with a BMW Indy until 73 k. then local garages for light services since
All old MOTS are present and back up the service history too.
Taxed until December 2013. 12 month's MOT.
Owned for 8 years. not being used enough so selling this and others to consolidate the “fleet”.
Immaculate throughout. no nasty bubbles or rot in the usual 635 places. No drips. leaks. clunks. rattles or smokey exhausts.
Original cross spoke wheels in superb condition fitted with expensive. nearly new. original spec Michelin TRX tyres.
Factory fitted metal electric sunroof. electric aerial. and electric windows
Alarmed and immobilised. new quality overmats. original tool kit largely present.
Dateless number plate will be left on the car.
Drives beautifully. 24 v engine pulls strongly and the Getrag box is precise and quiet. It is probably not as well polished and glossed up as those
selling on forecourts for over 23 k but it can't be far off.
The car is 100% HPI clear. no accidents. no theft. no finance outstanding. etc. although it has been pointed out that the number plate (referred to as the VRM. vehicle registration mark. on HPI) was previously on a written off car (Mercedes) and indeed the previous private plate (MGG 800) was involved in a total loss (Black 635) BUT neither of these are anything to do with this car.
Confusingly. presumably for completeness. the HPI check shows the history of the number plates as well as for the car !). Sadly this info put someone off even though it is clear the comments weren't related to this car.
I am more than happy to share the HPI report with anyone viewing the car.
Car can be viewed near Watford. Herts. 5 mins from M 25. M 1.
Possible P/ex. cash either way for another classic.
