Hi All I recently purchased this Range Rover off Ebay with plans to transform her back to original. My personal circumstances have changes and so will not be moving forward with the project. I have over time. completed 2 renovations of classics. 1 being a Range Rover 1972 in Blue All I can say is that this is a totally unfettered original. It has Rear and Passenger Plastic seats (Passenger does require re cover. with Driver coming from a later 1970 s Vehicle and is in Cloth)It has the original Vinyl Headling in excellent Condition with Single Centre Light)Raised Letter on Bonnet and Back Wing Mounted Mirrors (Very Rare)I know this is original as I have verified from this site.

Parts needed to bring it back to Original are. Air filter box (I have located and will be included one from a later model which had the pre warm system on it)Aluminium Elbows (On ebay there are Originals for sale)Seat Base plastic Covers. (Hard to Find but can be seen on vehicles up to 1984)It has original PVC Mats and Tunnel cover but these may be beyond rescue.
Now the important bits. We have started the car - Sounds great (replaced battery and Starter Motor)We have driven the car and all aspects of the drivetrain seems working. (I am happy for you to start and drive around the small yard)All electrics seem working so far. She will require extensive Inner panel repairs on front wings. Sills (Two new sills included). Wheel archesand Footwells New Tail Gate upper and Lower ( I will include a lower I have just purchased off ebay)A full respray and Chassis Clean and paint. As an example please have a look at what can be done.

I have set reserve. not to make a huge profit bit to recover my costs andtry to attract someone who will restore her and NOT strip her down or use her as an off road car.
